*Goat Cheese Lollipop Truffles rolled in Pistachios or Sun-Dried Tomatoes (wait til you try these, they will knock your socks off!)
*Skewered London Broil with Orange-Barbeque Glaze
*Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Sherry Cream Sauce & Roasted Pine Nuts
